MP&F NAMES BRITTANY IRBY DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
MP&F Strategic Communications has named Brittany Irby its first director of community engagement.
“For nearly 35 years, MP&F has been the firm that businesses turn to when they want to get a foothold in the Nashville community,” said Alice Chapman, MP&F’s managing partner. “Formalizing our expertise in connecting businesses to the community will help us keep pace with our rapidly changing and growing city, and we know that, under Brittany’s leadership, we have the team in place to do just that.”
Irby joined MP&F in June 2019 as an account supervisor and will continue to lead existing client teams while also engaging with new clients who wish to establish or build a presence in Nashville. In her two-year tenure with MP&F, Irby has led account teams for the National Museum of African American Music, BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Metro Nashville Public Schools and more.
Prior to joining MP&F, Irby worked as a project manager for the Nashville Public Education Foundation, the Imagination Library manager for United Way of Greater Nashville and the Education manager for the Center for Nonprofit Management.
