‘WORKIN’ MOMS’ STAR JOINS ENGEL & VOLKERS NASHVILLE

Jessalyn Wanlim, who is currently starring in Season 5 of “Workin’ Moms” on Netflix, has joined Engel & Völkers Nashville, announced Neal Clayton, license partner.

“We are very excited to have Jessalyn join our Engel & Völkers team,” Clayton said. “Her energy, enthusiasm and expanded relations opens numerous doors.”

Wanlim began her real estate career in 2016 with Keller Williams Studio City in California. She holds a degree in marketing from Baruch College, and enrolled in the dance department at Julliard at age 17. When injuries derailed her ballet aspirations, she began acting. She currently stars as Jenny Matthews on the CBC/Netflix dramedy “Workin’ Moms.”

A native of Calgary, Alberta, Wanlim grew up in Toronto before moving to New York City and later, Los Angeles. She and her family now live in Nashville.

SERVISBANK NASHVILLE ANNOUNCES 2 SENIOR HIRES AND PROMOTION

ServisFirst Bank Nashville announced the hire of Stephanie Sallman as vice president, commercial credit officer and Ryan Muskar as vice president, commercial portfolio manager. Dan Harrington has also been promoted to executive vice president and managing director of corporate real estate.

Sallman brings 30 years of banking and finance experience to ServisFirst Bank Nashville. Most recently, she held a variety of leadership positions at CapStar Bank, including underwriting and acting senior credit officer. Prior to her time at CapStar, she worked for 12 years at Professional Bank Services as a consultant in the loan review division. Sallman earned her MBA in finance from DePaul University in Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Ill.

Muskar joins ServisFirst Bank Nashville with over 17 years of banking and finance experience. Prior to ServisFirst, he served as vice president, commercial portfolio manager at CapStar Bank. His previous experience includes positions as credit analyst, portfolio manager/finance officer and lead Small Business Administration underwriter at Wells Fargo, Apple Pie Capital and First Horizon Bank. Muskar earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of San Francisco.

The bank also announced the promotion of Dan Harrington. Harrington previously served as director of corporate real estate. In his expanded role as executive vice president and managing director of corporate real estate, he will continue to build on longstanding relationships with clients throughout the area and help ServisFirst diversify its local loan portfolio. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Harrington started his banking career in Dallas with JP Morgan’s predecessor, Texas Commerce Bank, before moving to Nashville with SunTrust Bank.

“Dan’s promotion is well-deserved and reflects his success as one of the highest producers at the bank during his tenure,” said Vieira. “We are fortunate to have a banker of his caliber on our Middle Tennessee team as we continue to grow our position as the leading bank in the region.”
