Chick-fil-A is debuting its Little Blue Menu affiliate Thursday with Nashville serving as the pilot location for the new venture by the Atlanta-based chain.

Little Blue Menu is a delivery kitchen concept with three new virtual restaurants – Garden Day, Flock & Farm and Outfox Wings – alongside traditional Chick-fil-A favorites. All will be prepared under one roof with customers able to mix and match menu items from each virtual restaurant and have their meal delivered in one bundled order.

The new venture is named after Chick-fil-A founder S. Truett Cathy’s original blue menu at the Hapeville Dwarf House. According to the press release announcing the opening, Little Blue Menu is designed to continually change to give customers what they want most, without sacrificing variety or convenience. Bone-in chicken wings with homemade sauces, marinated oven-roasted chicken and garden-fresh salads are among the new menu offerings from Outfox Wings, Flock & Farm and Garden Day.

“The flavor profiles are fantastic,” says L.J. Yankosky, senior director of the beyond the restaurant team at Chick-fil-A. “The culinary team, led by Senior Culinary Lead Developer Stuart Tracy, is world-class, and the ingenuity they harnessed for each menu does not disappoint.”

With the help of a Little Blue Menu hybrid electric vehicle fleet, Team members will deliver each meal with the help of the Little Blue Menu hybrid electric vehicle fleet. Customers within a 10-minute radius of the Little Blue Menu facility located at 1622 Church St. can take advantage of contactless ordering, payment and delivery through the Little Blue Menu website.

Additionally, Chick-fil-A will be available for pick-up if ordered at the location’s pick-up window, through the Chick-fil-A app or Chick-fil-A online ordering.

The existing Chick-fil-A Church Street location in Nashville has been renovated to accommodate the Little Blue Menu delivery kitchens in addition to the existing Chick-fil-A delivery kitchen space. Chick-fil-A franchised owners/operators John Moore, Barry Hooper and Will Sims have been selected to oversee day-to-day business operations, including employing approximately 75 full- and part-time team members, cultivating relationships with local organizations and neighboring businesses and serving guests.

“Now more than ever, customers want a variety of options delivered quickly,” Moore said. “We are committed to bringing a level of service, professionalism, and hospitality to the delivery process. Our guests can expect the level of trustworthy service they’re accustomed to with Chick-fil-A.”

Little Blue Menu is open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday. For the latest news and updates on Little Blue Menu, visit littlebluemenu.com or follow Little Blue Menu on Facebook or Instagram.
