Chris Young will perform at the Law Enforcement Talent Showcase on Sept. 21 at the Nashville Palace.

Country music star Chris Young will join the talented men and women of the Metro Nashville Police Department for the 14th annual Law Enforcement Talent Showcase on Sept. 21 at the Nashville Palace, 2611 McGavock Pike. All proceeds benefit the Nashville Children’s Alliance, which provides counseling and support services for physically and sexually abused children.

The evening of music, featuring Young and nine MNPD acts, starts at 6 p.m. Doors open at 5:30. Admission is $15. Tickets can be purchased at the door or online at www.mnpdlets.com.

WKRN’s Kristina Shalhoup will serve as emcee for the evening’s festivities, which will include a silent auction with more than 75 items, including a fiddle autographed by Charlie Daniels; autographed guitars from Miranda Lambert, Luke Bryan, Martina McBride and Alan Jackson; Nashville hotel nights; restaurant offerings; and sports items.
