A+ Storage of Tennessee selected Nashville-based construction firm Conseco Group to build two facilities in Murfreesboro and Spring Hill.
The Murfreesboro project, named A+ Storage at Northfield Village, will have four buildings with a total of 100,055 square feet. One building will be two-story, while the other three will be one-story, open-outside-style storage units. The buildings will be brick with metal canopies and roof, and the facility will be fenced with electronic access. The site is currently under construction in one phase with an anticipated completion in December.
The Spring Hill project, located just off Saturn Parkway on Kedron Road, will be 92,950 square feet of total space. It recently broke ground and will be built in two phases that consists of one two-story building in phase I and one two-story building plus one single-story building, open outside storage in phase II. The buildings will be brick with metal canopies and roof, and the facility will be fenced with electronic access. The project phase I is anticipated to be complete in the first quarter of 2021.
