Engel & Völkers Nashville announced the addition of a team of two real estate advisors with local expertise and years of industry experience working with Nashville’s luxury clientele.
Katherine Johns Murray joined E&V Nashville as a high-end residential real estate sales expert specializing in the Franklin area. A native Nashvillian, she comes from a long lineage of local residential real estate and construction professionals. With extensive knowledge of digital marketing and social media, she is dedicated to exceeding client expectations on their journey to find a dream home. Murray received a degree from Randy Rayburn School of Culinary Arts and has a passion for converting the principles she used in the culinary and hospitality industry to tailor a custom experience to each client.
Tom Murray has a total of 26 years of licensed real estate expertise. He spent a decade practicing real estate in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, and later moved to Middle Tennessee to work as a manager in the entertainment industry. After returning to residential real estate in 2014, he consistently held a spot in the top 5% of local real estate producers and has represented Grammy-nominated and award-winning artists. He is a graduate and former athlete of Clemson University and served as a volunteer coach to area football teams.
The Murrays have been married since 2017 and practiced real estate together for the past two years. They are members of St. Phillips Catholic Church in downtown Franklin, where he is also a member of the Knights of Columbus.
“Tom and Katherine add many years of residential real estate expertise to our firm. We are excited to have them to help strengthen our knowledge and continue to serve our clients,” said Neal Clayton, managing broker and owner of Engel and Völkers Nashville.
