The January bank robbery in Hermitage is on the top of the list of the Federal Bureau of Investigation to solve the case. 

Agents seek the public’s help to identify the man responsible for the Jan. 3 robbery at the Fifth Third Bank branch at 5550 Old Hickory Blvd. in Hermitage.

Police said a suspect entered the branch at about 3:30 p.m. and demanded money.  Police described him as a black man about 5-feet, 10-inches tall.

Police said he wore a dark-colored jacket. He had socks over his hands. His face was covered. And police think he had a gun.

The suspect should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to contact the FBI Memphis field office’s resident agency in Nashville at 615-232-7500, submit a tip at tips.fbi.gov or call Nashville CrimeStoppers at 615-742-7463.
