A man was killed Sept. 12 in Donelson when a car hit him while he rode a motorcycle, and Metro Nashville police charged the car’s driver in the incident.
Police said Christopher W. Dailey, 40, was charged with aggravated vehicular homicide related to the 11:20 a.m. crash on Elm Hill Pike at Massman Drive.
Motorcycle rider William T. Page, 48, of Whites Creek, died.
Police said the investigation showed Dailey, of Nashville, drove a 1998 Mercury Grand Marquis on Elm Hill Pike when he attempted to turn left onto Massman Drive and drove into the path of Page’s Suzuki motorcycle, which was on Elm Hill Pike. The motorcycle hit the passenger side of the car. Page died at the scene.
