De’Lecia TraShall Vaughn entered this earthly life on November 28, 1989 and transitioned to be with the Lord on June 3, 2021. She was known and affectionately called “LeeLee” by many.

De’Lecia was a member of Leota Street Church of God under the late Bishop Boyd Kinzer, now current Pastor, Elder William Birdsong. She sang in the Majestic Choir as a soprano where she was very strong. She was a member of God’s Chosen Ones Mime Team at the church.

De’Lecia graduated from Springfield High School with the class of 2008. She was employed by Robertson County Transportation Department and Bold and Beautiful Diva with Style. Her hobbies were shopping, being with family, and she loved being a great mom.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Jay’Onna Black and grandparents, Barbara (Doyle) Stewart.

De’lecia leaves to cherish her memories: mother and stepdad, Felicia (B. J.) Black, father and stepmom, Derrick (Christy) Patterson; one son, Messiah TraShawn Vaughn, whom she loved dearly; grandparents, Matthew and Linda Vaughn; eleven siblings, Jay’Lecia Black, Jasmine and Briannna Traughber, Deionna, Dayvon, Trevian, and Sinterica Patterson, Tionna Martin, Aaronnia Gardner, Genetria Johnson, Anjalicia Durrett; three uncles, Mathis Vaughn, Reggie (Vanessa) Darden, Derrick (Helena) Hill; two aunts, Rochelle Drake (Pat), Tracy (Greg) Jones; many great aunts and great uncles; many cousins; three devoted cousins, Maurissa Gardner, Tre’ Witherspoon, Ashley White, De’lecia’s god children that she loved and spent a lot of time with, Savannah King, Kemaree Woodard, Zykeria Kinkendoll, Samaria and Samari Hall; devoted friend, Bubba Gardner.

Viewing and Visitation: Saturday, June 12, 2021, 10 am-1 pm at Church of God Sanctified, Springfield, TN with funeral at 1 pm. Interment in Restlawn Memorial Garden
